Pictures will be taken by Quad City Virtual, Inc., at no additional
charge.
Basic listing renewals cost $114.95 for 30 days and $189.95 for 60
days respectively. Additional pictures are charged at the same rate
as listed above. A reposting fee of $ 10.00 is required for any expired
and inactive listing in addition to the renewal fees stated above. Any
listing can be reposted if it has been inactive for 12 calendar months
or less.
All text corrections and updates are free. *Commercial street maps
are not created by QCFSBO®.com. We assume no liability
as to the accuracy of maps. If your map is not accurate you can provide
your own map in digital format.
Any advertising upgrade in number of pictures after an ad has already
been set up and/or posted on our Web site will require an extra set-up
fee of $ 25.00 in addition to the higher monthly fee. This is to offset
our costs for another visit to your property and picture taking. The
same set-up fee applies for changing pictures once they are posted on
our Web site.
Fees are non-refundable. They are charged on a monthly basis and cannot
be prorated.
A full-size metallic sign will be placed in your yard indicating that
your property is featured on QCFSBO®.com. This yard sign
will remain the property of Quad City Virtual, Inc. and must be returned
at the end of the listing period in the original condition. A refundable
deposit of $50 is required. Other conditions and restrictions may apply.
Customers in certain geographical areas may be required to pay a small,
one-time additional fee at the time of the appointment. You will be
informed in advance if this additional fee applies.
